Group Breathwork Circles in Cronulla

Held on Friday nights in Cronulla, our circles run through Breathwork Sydney - a collaboration between myself and Mel. With space for up to ten breathers, these circles bring a slightly bigger, warmer group energy while still holding the same depth and care as every FBR session. Whether you're brand new to breathwork or coming back to go deeper, you'll be guided through Facilitated Breath Repatterning (FBR) together.

  • Two hours together, including guided breath, hands-on facilitation, and time to integrate

  • A small group of no more than ten, so you’re genuinely held, not lost in a crowd

  • No experience necessary - you’ll be guided every step of the way
